Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, on-site position in Richardson, Texas, for the 20252026 school year.

About the Role
The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic services that help students develop and maintain physical abilities necessary for active participation in their educational programs. Youll work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and accessibility in the school environment.
You will:

Evaluate students physical and functional abilities to identify needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in classroom and mobility settings

Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure continuity of care and progress

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal standards
Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapist License (required)

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Experience working with children or in educational environments preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $40$55+ per hour (based on experience and certification)
